Every time they show up to check out a potential property they look different yet unsettling. Sometimes it’s an old woman who’s asking if there are any covered wells on the property. Sometimes it’s a man with a serious case of leprosy talking about nontraditional financing. But the client that upsets Derry Real Estate more than any other is the clown that came in to sign the papers to buy the old Denrough house. Everyone got a chill. Still, at least the deal is over and done with.
